I’m Jermaine Sempebwa — Executive Performance Coach and founder of Bodywise Training.

I started Bodywise Training in 2005 with a single conviction: that physical and cognitive performance is a professional’s most important long-term asset — and most training programmes fail to treat it that way.

For most high-performing professionals, the problem isn’t motivation. It’s that the system they’re using wasn’t designed for the life they’re actually living — the early flights, the back-to-back meetings, the weeks where everything else takes priority.

With a BSc in Physiology from the University of Leeds and a career that began as a Physiologist and Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at Nuffield Health, my approach has always been grounded in science rather than trends.

That clinical foundation shapes everything — how I assess a client, how I build a programme, and how I adjust it when life gets in the way.
