  • You will first have a phone/video consultation with one of our trainers for us to learn more about you. This will involve the trainer gathering information about your current and previous lifestyle, eating habits, medical history and level of gym experience. This will then help us to put together a bespoke plan that will be specific to your requirements. You will then choose one of the following packages:
