  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds push-up
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds jumping jacks
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds crunches
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat 1 time for a total of 8 minutes. Then, rest and repeat the whole series 1 or 2 more times.
